You can work individually with Alec Penix, or one of the Perfect Form trainers in person (greater Los Angeles CA) or virtually to achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual empowerment. After an initial consultation we will develop your own wellness regimen with specific activities to incorporate each day. We will customize your plan with careful consideration of your schedule, your available resources, and your starting situation.

Neil Angevine was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. After graduating the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management & minor in Entrepreneurship, Neil moved to Los Angeles to start his fitness, acting, & stunts career.

Neil is NASM & Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaching Certified & has learned from some of the best celebrity trainers in the industry to learn a variety of techniques and methods.

He has combined his acting, stunts, & fitness training to prepare for his roles and fitness shoots. He strives to inspire others to take their physiques and overall wellness to the next level.
