Alec is a  published author of the book “Seven Sundays” which discusses his philosophy on the connection between spirituality and fitness. He has trained some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry and has appeared on shows like Good Morning America and The Doctors discussing his approach to personal training. Neil specializes in shaping physiques as well as teaching clients the importance of a balanced diet. He is a Precision Nutrition – Level 1 Certified Coach.
