The holidays are almost here, and your health deserves more focus than ever. For many people, the holiday season is a time to drop off on wellness habits like diet and exercise. But failing to keep up with your health and fitness goals now will follow you into the New Year.
Today I want to talk about the phrase find your perfect form. Sometimes you might see the phrase perfect form on other sites in reference to proper exercise technique or muscle development. But for me, finding your perfect form is something very different —- something larger in scope and much more important. For me, find your perfect form is the philosophy of how I live my life as well as how I teach and guide my clients.
I believe there are four main elements, or Pillars, that contribute to overall wellness. They are: Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, and Relaxation. Bringing these four elements together in balance will help you achieve health.
While it may not be possible to eliminate stress completely from your life, there are ways to reduce the severity of stress and its effects.
